Currently, Michael lives outside of Westphalia, Texas where he was raised on his family’s farm. While attending Texas A&M he worked for the Service Department for Coufal-Prater in Bryan. In March of 2010, he became the Service Administrator for the Bryan location. Upon graduating in December 2010, Michael began his training to become an AMS Consultant for Coufal-Prater. Shortly thereafter, in February 2011, Michael became the AMS consultant for the Temple, Taylor and Cameron locations. He continues to train and grow in knowledge for all John Deere technology and AMS products. He will attend the John Deere’s AMS Masters Program in February 2012.

Josh began working for Prater Equipment in 1997 while in high school and thru college.  In 2002, he earned a John Deere Ag Tech Associates degree from Navarro College.  After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2004 with an Ag Business Management degree, Josh and his family moved away from Texas, where he gained experience by working as a Service Technician and a then a Service Manager for two other John Deere Dealers. In February of 2011, Josh and his family relocated back to Bryan to resume working for Coufal-Prater as the Technology Manager and AMS consultant for the Bryan and Navasota locations. Josh strives to be up to date on the latest John Deere technology and AMS products.
