The Navarro College & Arkansas State University Beebe John Deere TECH Program is designed to help upgrade and advance the skill level of new John Deere service technicians and help prepare them for a career opportunity in a field with excellent employment opportunities. Students who complete the two-year program are awarded an Associate of Applied Science in Agriculture Equipment Technology.

What
John Deere Technician Students will receive a 2-Year Associate’s Degree including general education courses and John Deere exclusive classroom training courses including: Diesel Engines and Fuel Systems, Powertrain Components, Electrical and Hydraulic Systems, Service Advisor™ Diagnostics, Heating and Air Conditioning, Service Department Procedures and Policy, John Deere Product Specific Training and Precision Technology. Plus, you’ll get hands-on training at your sponsoring John Deere Dealership through regular internships so you can put your education to work.
